strict old-skill vs new-skill comparison

ui-polish ยท same task A, real old vs new outputs

This comparison uses one concrete task A and two real outputs produced at different times in the update wave: the old side was created before the skill update, and the new side was created after the skill update.

Method: Task A is the same floating appearance control panel. The old side already has hover-field coherence, but the chip cluster still feels somewhat static: the shell and CTA react together, yet moving across Quiet / Studio / Focus does not feel like a platter catching up with the pointer. This update adds pointer-led-hover-platter.md, which makes the grouped chips behave more like one liquid platter inside the same suspended object.
Hover the shell, then move across the chip group, and then hover Apply finish in each side.

Old skill on task A

pre-pointer-led-platter
Old shaping: hover already feels coherent, but the chip cluster still behaves a bit like a fixed grouped tint. The shell lifts and the CTA lifts, yet moving across the chips does not quite create that Apple-like platter that catches up with the pointer.

New skill on task A

+ pointer-led hover platter
New shaping: hover now keeps the same suspended shell, but the chip cluster owns a traveling platter/highlight. Moving across Quiet / Studio / Focus should feel more like one liquid field catching up with the pointer, while the CTA remains the strongest direct hover moment.
